Cooling tower product range
Six families covering 5 to 5,000 m³/h. If none of them fits exactly, we will design the unit around your duty point — that is how most of our export orders start.
Which family fits your duty?
| Family | Flow rate | Typical range | Drift loss | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Round counterflow (FRP) | 5–800 m³/h | 5–8 °C | ≤ 0.01 % | Rooftops, tight plant rooms, low noise zones |
| Square crossflow | 50–1,500 m³/h | 5–10 °C | ≤ 0.02 % | Modular sites, easy maintenance access |
| Closed circuit | 30–1,200 m³/h | 5–12 °C | Zero (process side) | Chillers, furnaces, dirty or valuable process water |
| Open circuit | 100–3,000 m³/h | 5–12 °C | ≤ 0.02 % | General industrial cooling, high heat loads |
| Large industrial | 2,000–5,000 m³/h | 8–15 °C | ≤ 0.05 % | Power stations, steel, cement, field-erected sites |
| Retrofit & parts | Any existing tower | — | Upgrade dependent | Capacity upgrades, fill replacement, drive refurbishment |
Range and approach values are indicative. Final selection depends on wet-bulb temperature, altitude and site layout.
FRP Round Counterflow Cooling Tower
A single-piece rotomolded shell with no panel joints to leak. The counterflow fill pack sits below a low-speed axial fan, so air and water meet in the most efficient direction and the unit stays compact enough for a rooftop.
- Flow rate
- 5 – 800 m³/h
- Temp. drop
- 5 – 8 °C
- Shell material
- FRP / fiberglass
- Sound pressure
- ≤ 65 dB(A) @ 15 m
Square Crossflow Cooling Tower
Air crosses the falling water horizontally, which keeps the fill accessible from the side and makes cell-by-cell maintenance practical. Panels ship flat and bolt together on site, so a multi-cell installation fits through a standard door.
- Flow rate
- 50 – 1,500 m³/h
- Approach
- 3 – 5 °C
- Structure
- Hot-dip galvanized steel
- Cell arrangement
- 1–6 cells, parallel
Closed Circuit Cooling Tower
Your process water never touches air. It circulates through a sealed coil while a secondary spray loop evaporates on the outside of the tubes. The result: no contamination, no evaporation losses on the process side, and a much longer fluid life for chillers and furnace circuits.
- Flow rate
- 30 – 1,200 m³/h
- Coil material
- SS304 / SS316L / Cu
- Coil pressure
- Up to 1.6 MPa
- Fan drive
- Belt or gear
Open Cooling Tower
The workhorse: high-efficiency film fill, low-pressure spray nozzles and a heavy-duty fan stack. Built for continuous operation where water quality is controlled and capital cost per m³/h matters.
- Flow rate
- 100 – 3,000 m³/h
- Fill type
- PVC film, 0.38 mm
- Drift loss
- ≤ 0.02 %
- Basin
- FRP or concrete
Large Industrial Cooling Tower
Concrete and steel structures for power stations, cement lines and heavy process plants. Designed as a single cell or a multi-cell field, with construction sequencing planned around your shutdown windows.
- Flow rate
- 2,000 – 5,000 m³/h
- Structure
- RC / steel frame
- Erection
- On-site, supervised
- Design life
- 25+ years
Parts, Retrofit & Capacity Upgrade
Old towers lose performance slowly: fill compresses, nozzles clog, fans go out of balance. We re-rate the existing structure and replace only what is needed — usually recovering 20–30 % of lost capacity without a new tower.
- Replacement film fill and drift eliminators, cut to size
- Spray nozzles and distribution headers
- Fan blades, hubs, gearboxes and motors
- FRP shell and basin repair
- Thermal re-rating report for the upgraded tower
