FRP Round Counterflow Cooling Tower
CTR series · 5–800 m³/h · single-piece rotomolded shell · designed for rooftops and noise-sensitive sites.
Product overview
The CTR series is a counterflow tower with the fill pack directly above the fan-driven air stream. Water falls against rising air inside a seamless FRP shell, which gives a higher cooling efficiency per cubic metre than crossflow designs — so the unit is smaller for the same duty.
The shell, basin and louver frame are molded in one piece from isophthalic resin, so there are no panel seams to re-seal after five years in the sun. Fan stacks are interchangeable, which lets us swap a standard fan for a low-noise version without changing the footprint.

What makes the CTR hold its rating
Seamless rotomolded shell
One piece, no joints. UV-stabilized resin with a gel coat that keeps colour and impact strength after years outdoors.
Counterflow fill pack
PVC film fill at 0.38 mm with a self-cleaning profile. Higher thermal efficiency than crossflow at the same volume.
Low-noise fan option
Wide-chord aluminium blades and a slow-speed drive cut sound by 6–8 dB(A) with no loss of airflow.
Access without dismantling
Hinged louver panels and a side inspection door let a technician reach the fill and nozzles without a crane.
Nine standard sizes, all customizable
Ratings below are for 37 °C inlet / 32 °C outlet / 28 °C wet-bulb at sea level. Any model can be re-rated for your actual conditions.

Questions buyers ask before ordering
How do I know which model I need?
Send us flow rate (m³/h), inlet and outlet water temperature, design wet-bulb, altitude and available footprint. We return a model number, a thermal calculation and a dimensioned drawing — usually within two working days.
What is the minimum order quantity?
One unit. For export orders we also quote spare fill, nozzles and a drive belt set, since a second shipment later costs far more than the parts.
Can the tower be shipped assembled?
Models up to CTR-200 fit in a 40HQ container fully assembled. Larger models ship as split shell sections with a bolted assembly kit and an illustrated site manual.
Do you provide installation support?
Remote supervision is included. An engineer can attend site for commissioning — travel and accommodation are quoted separately and typically cost less than a day of downtime.
What about spare parts after the warranty?
Fill, nozzles, eliminators, fans and belts stay available for at least 15 years. We keep the bill of materials for every serial number we ship.
